Here's to hoping that you had a great holiday. It's a new year that means new things too. The holiday was long, full of a lot of celebrations and that came with a lot of food too. It would be a shame to "watch what you eat" while in the middle of the festive craze. So we definitely ate all we could, i know i did. So let us get rid of  all the fat and toxins we accumulated over the holiday shall we.

After all that food that you ate over the holidays (or the year lol its never too late boo), you may be feeling some type of way. Constipation, bloating, fatigue, gas, headaches, aches and pains, nausea, belly fat, skin problems, food cravings, low energy, bad breath and mood swings are some of the sings that you may be in need of a serious detox. Here are some of the ways you can detox your body of all toxins:-

WATER
Drinking a lot of water is one of the most simple ways you can detox. Water is accessible to just about everyone and drinking at least  1,5lt a day can flush out toxins out of your system.

Watermelon, cucumber, lemon, lime, grapefruit, raspberries, mint, ginger, rosemary, dandelion, beetroot, etc are some of the fruits and vegetables that you can take to detox. They are great anti-oxidants that give your body a fresh start.
